The Tardy Pass Pad #023, #23 is a convenient Late Slip pass which travels with the student to class. This form is also available in booklet form with either 150 (Tardy Slip Booklet) or 300 (Tardy Slip Booklet) duplicate slips per book. The Absent-Tardy Pass available in either Pink or Blue provides a check box for either Absent or Tardy.

Tardy Pass Books
So convenient and well put together. The passes have all the information needed as each student enters their class late (only arriving to school late). However, I do wish they could already have my signature on it.
