Shipping

We can ship to any address in the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We don't believe in charging shipping based on purchase price, it is solely based on the cost to ship your items from our warehouse in NY. This way, we can ensure that our product pricing accurately reflects cost and volume discounts. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unimprinted/non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of product price, less a 10% restocking fee. (This fee covers non-refundable credit card fees on both the purchase and refund, as well as labor to process your return). Lanyard returns incur a 20% restocking fee as many items are not warehoused in our NY location. Items must be in new condition able to be resold. Prepackaged products such as lanyards and ID accessories must be unopened in original packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of our receipt of your items. Please allow additional time for transit of refund check or bank processing of your credit card refund.
