The Absent - Tardy Admit Slip Book (#245) provides both a method for re-entry to class and a built in record-keeping tool to retain absence/tardy data in date sequence. 150 2-Part Slips are contained in each wrap-around cover booklet. Also available in individual 2-part Absent-Tardy Admit Slips, or single sheet pads Absent-Tardy Pass - Blue or Absent-Tardy Pass - Pink.

Will buy again
Duplicate copy in the book makes it handy to locate student info quickly.

Absent/Tardy Slips
These are very effective and competitive cost. We have an electronic system, but when it goes down or there is a long line, these come in handy!

LOVE them. keeps everything together so there isn't a mess towards the end of the book
The only reason that I didn't rate it a 5 is that sometimes the writing does bleed through to the other pages.

These forms are very helpful because it allows us to refer back when were are questioned by parents since it has a carbon copy. We love these forms and have been using them for about 6 years.
