    Product Description

    NEW product! Save money with our high quantity slip booklets! Each book contains 300 slips - Twice as many as our standard Tardy Slip Book. We are now manufacturing our slip books in larger quantities of slips/book to not only reduce your cost, but this new format enables us to provide the top copy in a color that is not easily duplicated. The top copy is now green with the yellow duplicate remaining in the book.   Each slip measures 4.25" x 2.75".

      These tardy slips work well for us. You do need to remember to start at the bottom of the page when starting a new page. Maybe the book should be printed upside down.

      We like these as they have an area for all the info we require on a tardy slip with the ease of filling in, for record keeping for both the attendance records as well as the teachers' records.

      The National School Forms' Tardy Slip Book is awesome! It's easy to use in a busy school front office and prevents slips from being misplaced for record keeping purposes. We highly recommend this product.

      Our school uses the NCR Tardy Slips and we love them! It makes it easy to keep proof for audits with these slips!
