    Product Description

    The Hall Pass Slip #132 is a convenient 2-part individual slip which provides a useful duplicate copy. One copy can travel with the student while the other stays with the attendance or front office. Also available in booklet form 150 slips per book, 300 slips per book, or single sheet pads.

    Padding is an additional $.01 per form and is FREE on quantities of 4000 or more!
