    Product Description

    The Tardy Slip #123 is a convenient 2-part Late Pass individual slip which provides a useful duplicate copy. One copy can travel with the student while the other stays with the attendance or front office. Also available in booklet form #223 150 slips per book, #323 300 slips per book, or #23 single sheet pads.

    Padding is an additional $.01 per form and is FREE on quantities of 4000 or more!

      Our receptionist was using Post-It Notes to send students to class when they were tardy. She loves these, as they have all the information she needs printed on them.

      I love this slip. I use them everyday in the parking lot...when students come to school late. The double allows me to give them one...pass to class and I keep the other to record their tardy.
