The Tardy Slip #123 is a convenient 2-part Late Pass individual slip which provides a useful duplicate copy. One copy can travel with the student while the other stays with the attendance or front office. Also available in booklet form #223 150 slips per book, #323 300 slips per book, or #23 single sheet pads.
Padding is an additional $.01 per form and is FREE on quantities of 4000 or more!

Simple and private
This is a very quick and simple way for parents to check tardy students in. Since these are individual tardy slips (with a carbonless copy), individual privacy is assured. Students take the top sheet to their teacher, and from my front desk I simply send the pink copy to the attendance clerk. The system is user-friendly and works flawlessly; both the individual teachers and the attendance clerk have a daily record. We've bought these several times and will continue to do so.

Exactly what we need
Books of tardy slips mean lines of parents waiting to sign in their children; with these slips, each can take one, complete it, and the student can quickly go on to class.
