    Product Description

    The Tardy Slip #123 is a convenient 2-part Late Pass individual slip which provides a useful duplicate copy. One copy can travel with the student while the other stays with the attendance or front office. Also available in booklet form #223 150 slips per book, #323 300 slips per book, or #23 single sheet pads.

    Padding is an additional $.01 per form and is FREE on quantities of 4000 or more!

      These worked great for out school. We didn't get padding because we like them being single. Everything we thought they would be!

      I love that you can get these unbound as they are carbonless copies. They are fast to write and you don't waste time because you don't accidentally forget to put the cardboard behind it. Best solution for our tardy students. Now, if only they weren't tardy...

      These are one of the few styles that you can purchase that have a carbon copy. It's a great way to send one with a student and keep a copy at the Front Desk. Nothing fancy, but it works well. Be sure that you take the set off and write on a hard surface, otherwise you write on the stack, then you have a BUNCH of carbon copies. Buy more than you expect, they go fast!
